AV Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite AV system installation, configuration, integration & functionality testing for the projects assigned by Technical Director/Manager.
• Perform onsite technical support and troubleshooting for AV systems for the completed projects assigned by Technical Manager/Director.
• Liaise effectively with all parties involved in the project including clients, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and supplier.
• Responsible for the timely submission all document such as job sheet, service report and etc.
• Travel to the field/site is required as necessary.
• Scope of work shall be revised depending on the management needs or request from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or other equivalent field.
