The primary purpose of this position is to manage and control all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management by utilizing the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS). Responsibilities 1. Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. 2. Maintains and updates Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS), Patriot Excalibur (PEX)/Omni, and other aviation management software: Operates, maintains, and monitors all pertinent aviation management software at the unit level. 3. Researches, validates, and interprets public law, Air Force guidance, and medical/physiological documentation to monitor and manage flying and ground training requirements. 4.
