AV/ICT Support

Name of School: Deyi Secondary School
Contract Period: From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months.
Working hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Responsibilities:
Audio-Visual (AV) and Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

• Manage and support Audio Visual equipment during all school events

• Set up, test and operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, and AV systems for school activities (e.g. meetings, assemblies, Sports Day, Speech Day).

• Maintain accurate inventory, loan and usage records of AV and ICT equipment (e.g. projectors, visualizers, swivels, cables, sound systems).
