**Description**

**Job Description**
+ Responsible to hands on and provide oversight of Avionics customizing, inspection, maintenance work, trouble shooting and defect rectification.

+ Responsible to provide a high level working knowledge of Bell AD, TB, service installation kit, STC and third party engineering order on all Bell aircraft configurations.

+ Responsible to provide all planning and capacity analysis required for the successful operation of this section,

+ Responsible to lead Avionics technicians on daily work order and complete within specify time frame.

+ Responsible to assist, research and approve the customizing material inventory planning, seeking engineering support and provide suggestions/technical solutions as required.

+ Willing to travel for overseas assignment as required.

+ Able to work independently.
