Oversight in the policy, management, control, and implementation of aircraft maintenance, programs, and projects for the safe, reliable, and presentable operation of all PAL aircraft fleet including its components, electrical/avionics systems, data link, ensuring compliance in coordinated, timely, and cost-effective manner.
