New mechanics in Salt Lake City (SLC) qualify for **a $10,000 bonus** with a commitment to work in that location for at least three years.Candidates with military A&P experience may also be eligible for a **$7,500 bonus** with a commitment to remain employed with SkyWest for a minimum of three years.
