Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Manage files in various areas, including construction and insolvency.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other documents related to active matters.
• Work closely with experienced lawyers in a close-knit and collaborative team environment.
• Manage a substantial and fast-paced caseload.

Qualifications

• Member of the Québec Bar.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong background in civil and commercial litigation; exposure to construction and insolvency matters is considered an asset.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in French.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and sound judgment.
