Director – Analyst Relations & GTM (Insurance)

We’re seeking a seasoned leader to drive analyst engagement, ABM programs, and sales enablement in the P&C insurance ecosystem. This role will shape market perception, strengthen brand visibility, and directly enable revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build trusted relationships with analysts (Celent, ISG, Avasant, Everest, Forrester, Gartner).
• Influence rankings/evaluations to elevate Organisation’s market position.
• Lead Account-Based Marketing for insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.
• Deliver analyst-backed sales tools (battlecards, playbooks, pitch decks).
• Oversee thought leadership content, co-branded programs, and industry events.
• Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and refine GTM strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 12–15 years in B2B marketing, analyst relations & GTM;
  7+ years in insurance/InsurTech.
