AVP and Actuary, Pricing

The successful candidate will provide decision-making and leadership across a broad portfolio of pricing projects, centered around the feasibility, design, modeling, and reporting of complex insurance products and riders. This role requires balancing business unit marketing objectives with financial goals and adapting to rapidly changing internal and external environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team managing the development and launch of life and annuity products.
• Ensure product initiatives meet marketing, profitability, and risk management goals while aligning with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a member of the US Pricing leadership team, coaching and developing a large, engaged team of actuaries and actuarial students.
• Collaborate with a second‑line risk oversight team to align strategic direction with corporate risk appetite.
