AVP, Business Analyst

JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

1. Assist the Head in the overall operations of the department to provide application systems and reporting support to end users of KIB and WMD.
2. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and participate in all IT related projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Project & Operations Support

• Assist the Head in planning, coordinating, and executing system-related projects.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on project implementation, system issues, and enhancements.
• Ensure users are provided with adequate IT resources and system access to support daily operational tasks.
• Perform system administration duties, including user access, system configuration, and maintenance.

System Testing, Deployment & Documentation

• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
