Job Description

Responsibilities 
Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. Creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs, working on forecasting of recruitment for freshers. 
Maintaining relationships with universities and campuses across various cities to ensure success of SMBC India campus program. 
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the programs successfully. 
The role invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and external campuses.  
and applicant documentation. 
Work closely with corporate communication teams locally and with campus team in APAC to collaborate and bring best experience to India campus program.  
Work with R&R team and campuses to ensure that SMBC remains competitive in the market. This will require thorough research, analysis, and internal selling to the stakeholders.
