Support fund raising across debt and equity instruments for infrastructure and real estate businesses, including NCD, project finance, term loans, LRD and CP
Collaborate with the CFO to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain robust project financial models, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, break-even, and sensitivity analysis.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial practices.
