AVP, Community Engagement

This is a hybrid position which consists of reporting to our 100 Church Street, NYC office 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays).

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop, align, and implement a community partnerships strategy that promotes Healthfirst in the targeted communities by working with and promoting events and programs to increase the Healthfirst brand with the intent of increasing membership.
+ Lead a team consisting of directors, senior managers, and managers and individual contributors.
+ Provide clear direction, coaching and performance feedback to the Community Outreach Representatives team to ensure they are promoting enrollment and retention opportunities for the PHSP Sales Units; by working with Chambers of Commerce & Small Business Associations, NYC DOE, CUNY and other NYC Agencies such as Workforce 1 Career Centers, Dept. of Probation, ACS, NYCHA, Taxi & Limousine Commission, Dept. of Youth and Community Development, as well as, Banks, FQ...
