AVP, Compliance - Global Corporate Finance (Emiratization)

Job Purpose

The Investment Banking & Markets (“IB&M”) Compliance team is responsible for providing compliance advisory services and support to all Investment Banking and Global Markets business areas. The team ensures that regulatory risks for these business areas are identified, managed, escalated, and reported through FAB’s Compliance Program, encompassing regulatory change and control management, undertaking compliance risk assessments, management and business reporting, assurance activities and training delivered to business staff. The team ensures the business areas receive ongoing oversight for meeting compliance with UAE Federal Laws, SCA and CBUAE Regulations, as well as FAB’s internal Compliance policies and procedures.
