Job Description

The Innovation Group is the centralised innovation, data and science function within UOB Group, supporting its units with business and analytical needs. AI Labs, a core part of this group, focuses on researching and developing high‑strategic products and capabilities for enterprise‑level coverage. Their goal is product monetisation and capability performance towards project delivery. Current focus areas include Voice‑to‑Text, LLM‑based Analytics, GenAI Agents, Portfolio Management and Forecasting.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, technology and business/support units to evaluate, design and deliver business‑motivated products and capabilities.
• Develop and execute products and plans that align with strategic projects and business objectives.
