Job Description

                    AVP, Digital Product Manager, DBS GlobeSend, Institutional Banking Group-(WD78440)Job Responsibilities
Lead the build out of customer journeys: Design and build customer journeys focused to onboard customers at scale and deliver a smooth payment journey. This includes, but not limited to, working with the design team, aligning journeys with the Regional Digital team, Regional and Local stakeholders such as FCSS, legal and compliance, product and technology and operations.
Product owner and delivery lead: You will need to write user stories, be involved in testing as well as the delivery team for the projects to ensure the end to end execution of the initiatives on hand.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, customers and technology.
