The AVP, Capital Strategy & Treasury is the strategic financial architect for the Co‑operators Group of Companies balance sheet. This leader optimizes capital structure, drives yield on corporate liquidity and executes funding strategies that prioritize long‑term member value. The role also provides rigorous fiduciary oversight for the enterprise Defined Contribution pension plan and oversees the Treasury & Shareholder Operations.
