AVP - Finance

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate projects to determine profitability and cash flow.

• Prepare financial projections, budgets, and reports for management and investors.

• Present and defend business plans and financial results to investors and senior management.

• Support funding and capital raising activities.

• Track project performance and recommend improvements or adjustments.

• Provide financial advice for new business opportunities and investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in finance, preferably in real estate or property development.

• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and evaluating project returns.
