AVP, FP&A

The AVP, FP&A serves as a key financial advisor and business partner to their assigned Business Unit, translating strategy and performance into financial insight. As the primary point of contact for the Business Unit Managing Director and their teams, the AVP will leverage detailed knowledge of their areas of responsibility to influence decision-making and ensure financial discipline.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner directly with BU leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Drive monthly performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate operational results into clear financial narratives for senior management.
• Challenge and support the business to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Collaborate closely with the central FP&A team on month-end close, submissions, and forecast cycles.
