AVP, Legal & Corporate Secretary — Dubai & MENA

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the STPD-Legal Dept in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide proactive legal advice to internal stakeholders in the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on commercial contracts, data privacy, and banking products.

Applicants must be legally qualified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in international private practice or an in-house legal team. Strong English communication skills and knowledge of corporate banking are essential.
