Job Description He role be responsible for Planning, organizing, monitoring & control of all departments from Production to Finishing, Setting Performance Standards & achieving targets of the unit. Overall administration, security and upkeep of the whole facilities. Ensure optimum inventory, systematic ordering and 100% OTIF across the plant at all times. Coordinate with design department, sampling and production department. Monitor and control costs against budget and take initiatives for cost reduction. Ensure a congenial working atmosphere with the unionized work force while enforcing discipline and a high level of productivity.
