Role Overview
The AVP – Quality Engineering will lead enterprise-wide QE transformation, moving quality from traditional testing to a modern, automation-led, product-aligned QE function. This role will define the QE vision, strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap, while partnering closely with product engineering, platform teams, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled QE practices, driven shift-left quality, and embedded quality deeply into Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD ecosystems. ________________________________________
