Role Overview

The AVP – Quality Engineering will lead enterprise-wide QE transformation, moving quality from traditional testing to a modern, automation-led, product-aligned QE function. This role will define the QE vision, strategy, operating model, and transformation roadmap, while partnering closely with product engineering, platform teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled QE practices, driven shift-left quality, and embedded quality deeply into Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD ecosystems.
