About the role

Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp. is seeking an experienced AVP - Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, you will play a crucial part in optimising our supply chain operations and driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehouse management, and supplier relationships
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall supply chain performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, schedule priorities, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior management on supply chain optimization
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their development
