AVP Tax (Real Estate)

The Company Be part of a leading Real Estate group with established presence in the region. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a seasoned AVP Tax to lead the Group Tax function.
The Role Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be responsible for the regional tax compliance, advisory and planning at the Group level. The key responsibilities include working closing with various business units to be jointly responsible for tax compliance and planning for all entities in the group with local authorities, including in areas such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing, capital allowances, withholding tax, GST, etc. Review existing tax practices and provide advice to improve existing practices and render support to the BUs as required. Support corporate re-organizations, M&As, JVs, financing, fund flows from tax perspectives. Evaluate and apply for tax incentives from local governments.
