The successful candidate will partner with Middle Market leaders and underwriters to implement and monitor strategic and tactical initiatives to drive the growth of the portfolio to achieve business objectives. The role will implement and communicate underwriting strategy, including guidelines, appetite, product, pricing and process, employing best practices across all regions.
