Product Management:

1.Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the mass product bank card portfolio, focusing on maximizing market penetration and broaden customer appeal.

2.Oversee the overall mass product bank card portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value across a broad customer base.

3.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for mass product/bank card products, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing maintenance. This includes defining product specifications, managing cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk), and ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget for a large-scale product.
