AVP, Transformation (Regulatory Reporting)

This role offers the opportunity where you will interpret and apply complex financial services laws and regulations across multiple Asia-Pacific jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory requirements are accurately embedded into operational processes and technology solutions. You will support the design and enhancement of data controls, testing frameworks, and data lineage to ensure regulatory reporting is complete, accurate, timely, and audit-ready, while collaborating closely with Technology, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver sustainable solutions.

The role also involves managing and delivering strategic change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, including assessing impacts on people, processes, and systems, and implementing effective change management strategies.
