AVP/Manager, Talent Strategic Initiatives

Bernstein Private Wealth Management (PWM) is seeking a Manager, Talent Strategic Initiatives to help shape and scale high-impact talent programs that strengthen our employee experience, advance our culture, and support business growth.

This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, program management and cross-functional stakeholder management—partnering closely with PWM and Client Group leaders, as well as Talent, Community and Belonging, and Marketing partners.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will lead the strategy-to-execution work for formal development programs and signature talent initiatives, including the PWM Women’s Council and AB Mosaic.
