Lead Deal Underwriting & Execution - Oversee full underwriting and financial modelling for major projects, drive due diligence workstreams (legal, technical, commercial, ESG), Structure transactions, review term sheets, and coordinate with advisors, Prepare and present investment proposals
Market Strategy & Origination Support - Provide market insights to guide sector strategy in India, evaluate new partnerships, platforms, and investment theses, identify emerging risks/regulatory changes affecting deal pipeline.
