AVP/VP, Investment Management Compliance (Asia)

A leading global investment manager is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join its Asia team. This role supports a broad investment management platform across multiple jurisdictions, covering both public and private markets activities.

This position will suit candidates at AVP or VP level , depending on experience, with scope to operate in a hands-on advisory capacity while partnering closely with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advisory support to the investment management business across Asia
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to cross-border activities, product distribution and marketing
• Review marketing and client materials to ensure regulatory compliance
