Job Description – Awards Project Manager (Global AI Awards & Annual Event 2026)

The Awards Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of Knowledge Networks’ Global AI Awards initiative, including the Regional Awards Series (Europe, Asia, MENA) and the Annual Global Awards Ceremony in Miami (Dec 14–15, 2026) on the sidelines of the G20 Summit at Trump Doral. The role ensures alignment, operational efficiency, and excellence across all award-related events under the Knowledge Networks umbrella.

· Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of regional and global award events.

· Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers.

· Oversee sponsorship acquisition, fulfillment, and partner relationship management.

· Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and partnerships.
