We are looking for an experienced AWM WoundCare Sales Team Manager to join S+N in the Advanced Wound Management department. The role will be mainly responsible for sales management and development as well as the leadership for a group of Territory Managers based in Poland.
What will you be doing?
Lead and develop the Wound Care sales channel by defining and executing a strategic sales plan that drives sustainable growth, expands the customer base, and strengthens market presence
Manage, coach, and motivate the Wound Care sales team (Territory Managers) to achieve individual and team sales targets through regular performance reviews, field visits, and ongoing development aligned with corporate standards
