Join our team as an AWP Facilitator – E&I, ensuring successful Advanced Work Packaging implementation in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Leverage your expertise in construction coordination and workface planning for project success.
In this critical role, you will support industrial project execution by providing technical leadership and ensuring work packages align with safety and scheduling standards. Collaborate closely with construction, engineering, and procurement teams to drive the efficient execution of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety culture across all project activities
• Collaborate on AWP/WFP standard applications
• Manage and coordinate installation work packages
• Facilitate IWP constraint review meetings
• Ensure material readiness for work packages
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification or technical diploma preferred
• 6-10 years in industrial construction projects
