We’re partnering with a major UK enterprise expanding its AWS Contact Centre engineering capability. The team is building new features and services across multiple Amazon Connect instances and needs hands‑on Senior Software Engineers who can design, build and support scalable, production‑grade solutions.

This role is fully engineering‑focused — not an architect position . You’ll be coding daily, working with Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambdas and modern TypeScript/Python across serverless architectures.
