Ayala Group Summer Internship Program (AGSIP)

Key Responsibilities:

This internship offers you a 6-week, skills-based journey designed to accelerate your professional growth through hands-on experience and real-world impact. You will be assigned to a specialized Craft—a focused skill or functional area—where you will work closely with a dedicated mentor and take on meaningful, on-the-job challenges. The program combines structured onboarding, immersive labs, practical challenges, and interactive workshops, along with exposure to Ayala Group senior leaders. Throughout the experience, you will learn directly from experienced mentors through real-world problem-solving, masterclasses, and skill trials, while benefiting from integration with the Ayala Talent Marketplace and group-wide onboarding initiatives to help you build strong networks across the organization.

Qualification:

• Currently in their graduating year of a Bachelor’s degree program (any discipline), or a fresh graduate.
