Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational & user issues.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role.Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies.Skills Profile: Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting.Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices.Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as DataDog, Splunk, AppInsights & Log Analytics Handson experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.Understanding of pipeline creation and management is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and the...
