ROLE TITLE: Software Development Senior Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Support Engineer to provide L1.5 monitoring, deployment, and release support for Azure cloud-based systems.

The role involves handling incident monitoring, troubleshooting Azure resources, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting release operations to ensure system stability and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure cloud systems and respond to alerts to prevent outages
• Perform L1.5 support activities such as deployment, rollback, and basic troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 / development teams when needed
• Manage software releases across QA, staging, and production environments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using DevOps tools
