**What are your contributions to the team?**

• Identify constraints and pro-actively prepare maintenance projects (e.g. organizing workstations)
• Verify if Mechanics and B1/B2 Support Staff assigned (‘crew’) are qualified to perform the task(s)
• Ensure Cat C tasks are delegated to other Cat C or senior B1/B2 when not available - delegating duties does not relieve the Cat C of the overall responsibility for the crew<...
