B2 Type Instructor

Develop and executes type course training program and carry out training administration task related to the organisation internally and externally.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for the conduct of theoretical and practical instructional duties to trainees for which he/she qualified.
• Responsible for the development and update of training material.
• Responsible to maintain classrooms and workshops in conducive atmosphere for learning with particular emphasize to the syllabus needs.
• Responsible for the Records trainees’ daily attendance.
• Responsible for assisting the Training Manager in the preparation of curriculum.
• Observes and enforces BMM regulations pertaining to trainees conduct and discipline.
• Responsible to make sure that all training aids and components are maintained in serviceable conditions at all times.
