Job Description
Role Overview:
This is a full-cycle sales role.
You will generate leads, conduct outbound calls, run discovery and demo calls, and close deals. You will speak directly with business decision-makers and guide them through a consultative sales process by clearly explaining the business value and ROI of AI-driven automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
- Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to decision-makers
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and closing meetings (online)
- Qualify prospects and identify operational pain points
- Present ROI-focused solutions and close deals
- Manage and convert a pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and solutions
- Meet monthly closing targets and track conversion metrics
- Provide feedback to improve lead quality and sales messaging
