Job Description

Role Overview:

This is a full-cycle sales role.

You will generate leads, conduct outbound calls, run discovery and demo calls, and close deals. You will speak directly with business decision-makers and guide them through a consultative sales process by clearly explaining the business value and ROI of AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
  • Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to decision-makers
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and closing meetings (online)
  • Qualify prospects and identify operational pain points
  • Present ROI-focused solutions and close deals
  • Manage and convert a pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and solutions
  • Meet monthly closing targets and track conversion metrics
  • Provide feedback to improve lead quality and sales messaging
