Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential clients, set qualified appointments, and ensure that scheduled appointments are confirmed and attended. This position plays a key role in generating leads and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Introduce company products or services clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Confirm appointments and follow up to ensure attendance
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospects
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Accurately update CRM or tracking systems with call notes and appointment details
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
