Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, profit-driven International Sales Executive who can identify buyers, negotiate strong margins, and close deals in global plastic scrap and polymer markets.
This is not a passive sales role. This is a hunter role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop international buyers for PVC, EVA, HDPE, LLDPE, and engineering plastics
Generate leads via LinkedIn, trade portals, cold outreach, and market research
Handle RFQs, pricing negotiations, and CNF/FOB quotations
Close sales with target margins set by management
Coordinate with logistics for shipment execution
