B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Insiyak builds production-grade AI visual backends. We design and deploy scalable AI image and video generation systems using ComfyUI, SDXL, Flux, LoRA training, and serverless GPU infrastructure.
Role
You will be responsible for generating qualified B2B conversations with:
• Founders
• CTOs
• Product Leads
• Ecommerce Operators
• AI Startup Teams
What You'll Do
• Define and refine ICP segments
• Build targeted lead lists (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Run cold email + LinkedIn outbound campaigns
• Book qualified discovery calls
• Track pipeline metrics
• Improve messaging continuously
What Success Looks Like
• 10–20 qualified calls booked per month
• Clear targeting strategy
• Structured CRM tracking
• Increasing reply rate over time
• Higher quality conversations, not just volume
Requirements
• Proven B2B outbound experience
• Experience selling high-ticket services ($5k–$50k deals)
• Strong written English
