We are a U.S.-based janitorial and facility services company serving offices, medical facilities, and property managers. We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a reliable marketing appointment setter to help connect us with decision-makers.

This is NOT a sales role .

You will not close deals, discuss pricing, or negotiate contracts.

Role Overview

You will call U.S. businesses using a provided list and script, identify the correct decision-maker, and schedule qualified callback appointments for our management team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses
• Identify property managers, office managers, or facility directors
• Ask basic qualifying questions
• Book appointments on a shared calendar
• Log call results accurately in CRM
• Maintain a professional, neutral, clear speaking tone
