You will help a fast-growing US-based construction franchise by finding leads, qualifying them, following up, and moving them through the sales process. You will work closely with the franchise owner and a supportive team, helping with both sales and operational tasks along the way. What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Conduct targeted research to identify high-value leads.
  • Make around 50 outbound calls daily to warm-ish B2B leads.
  • Qualify leads and manage follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline moving.
  • Maintain CRM data, track all communications, tasks, and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
