The B2B Quality Assurance Team Leader plays a key leadership role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of QA operations related to merchant onboarding processes. This role is responsible for managing the daily allocation and review of QA sampling activities, validating QA analyst outputs, coaching team members, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Team Leader supports automation and process improvement initiatives, drives compliance with regulatory standards, and ensures a strong internal control environment.
