B2B Sales Agent – Operations & Outreach Focus (Remote)

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct primary sales outreach via email; make calls as needed to support sales efforts
• Schedule meetings and events for current agents and potential clients
• Perform outbound outreach to generate new leads and qualified opportunities
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline with accurate tracking of prospects
• Conduct basic client maintenance, including follow-ups and relationship nurturing
• Support current agents by booking qualified opportunities and coordinating leads
• Place orders on behalf of clients (fulfillment and delivery handled internally)
• Track and report progress on outreach campaigns, opportunities, and lead conversion
