Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven B2B Retail Specialist to scale TRAPO’s retail presence and revenue growth across Malaysia. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end expansion of TRAPO’s retail distribution network, secure new business partnerships, optimise consignment performance, and ensure profitable execution across pricing, inventory, and commercial terms. You will work closely with retail decision-makers, merchandisers, and internal cross-functional teams to drive sustainable sales growth and visibility for TRAPO’s products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the B2B retail growth strategy to expand TRAPO’s retail footprint and revenue
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new retail partners and business opportunities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail accounts and decision-makers
  • Oversee consignment operations including pricing models, commercial agreements, and stock performance
