The Opportunity

We are seeking a B2C Sales Team Leader for a client specializing in residential solar and battery solutions in Singapore. This role involves managing sales outcomes, closing high‑value opportunities, and building a distributed sales team to convert leads into contracts. The position requires a blend of hands‑on selling, leadership, and funnel optimization to ensure predictable revenue from Singapore landed homeowners. The successful candidate will report to the Founders/Head of Growth and work with a hybrid team based in Singapore and offshore.

• Deliver monthly B2C sales targets for residential solar and battery projects
